The 3 Peaks Resort and Beach Club is newly remodeled hotel centrally located in South Lake Tahoe. The hotel is located just minutes from shopping dinning nightlife and casinos. We are also within walking distance to Heavenly Ski Resort and Lake Tahoe. All guests have access to a private beach while staying at the resort in the summer months and our outdoor heated pool -seasonal- and jacuzzi. The property is non-smoking. Guests arriving after 11 PM are asked to call the property using the number on the reservation confirmation received after booking at least 48 hours prior to arrival to request a late check-in. Upon arrival there is a courtesy phone at the front door to the lobby. attached to the 3 Peaks phone service. Once identity has been confirmed instructions will be provided as to the location of the key unit and map of the property. Guests are asked to check in at the front desk the next morning to fill out all necessary paperwork.
