- 3 cups barley flour
- 2 cups lean beef (ground or otherwise)
- 1 cup pureed carrots
- 1 cup pureed parsnips
- 4 cups oat flour
- 1 cup bran
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients. Roll into a dough to about ¾ “ thickness and cut into shapes with cookie cutters. Place on oiled cookie sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until toasted brown,
Store enough for one week in fridge and package remaining cookies in small containers or individual freezer bags. Freeze remaining containers and use as needed.
