The Tofino Swell Lodge offers seven tastefully appointed rooms, each named for a local species of salmon. The focus here lies in the comforts of home with awe-inspiring surrounds. Your stay comes complete with inviting common areas, gourmet kitchen, picturesque gardens, a patio with BBQ and a hot tub looking into Clayoquot Sound.
Venture into the islands of BC on a fishing charter based from the private dock, or lounge with a book and binoculars to watch the whales and eagles. However you choose to spend your day, you will discover a hidden oasis in this lodge with a laid-back atmosphere. The tradition of communal fishing lodge style, created by hosts Rod and Betsy Buhtz, is a unique escape from the mainland. Arrangements are available for groups or pets upon request.
